Colloidal Silver from Organika® is a safe and effective antibiotic solution.
What is Colloidal Silver?
Colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic and disinfectant. Colloidal refers to the suspension of the minute silver particles in pure water. Colloidal silver has been found to kill more than 650 disease causing organisms. It can be taken internally for gastrointestinal and respiratory infections. Topically it can be applied to fungal infections on the skin or in the nails. It can help prevent the infection of burns, wounds, cuts, rashes and sunburns. It can be gargled, to kill mouth bacteria that cause bad breath or relieve mouth sores and toothaches. It can be placed into the eye for eye infections and into the ear for ear infections (make sure the eardrum is not damaged before placing anything in the ear!). Colloidal silver can be used to disinfect air filters, ducts and vents, kitchen tools and children’s toys.
How do you use it?
Colloidal silver is a clear liquid. To use colloidal silver, follow the directions on the bottle, as each manufacture will have different suggested dilutions. Generally colloidal silver is diluted with water and applied topically, taken by mouth or used intravenously. Colloidal silver can be kept in the fridge after opening but should not be put in the freezer. Because it is an antibiotic it will kill the bacteria that is normally present in your intestines. These probiotic bacteria help your body to breakdown food and produce vitamins. It is important to replace the friendly bacteria, with a probiotic supplement, after using colloidal silver. A general rule is to take a month of probiotic supplementation for every week of antibiotic therapy. If you are concurrently taking a probiotic supplement and colloidal silver keep the timing of the dosing as far apart as possible.
Supporting the Immune System
The immune system is the police force of the body. It is a complex system of cells that defend the body from invading organisms, regulate inflammation and control abnormal cell growth. Many organs are involved in the immune response, the bone marrow, lymphatic system, thymus, liver and spleen. Bone marrow produces red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.
The spleen is a location where immune cells can monitor the blood for foreign matter. It also speeds up red blood cell production and activates blood clotting. The liver can increase body temperature and induce sweating to help fight off infections. The thymus produces B cells, which make antibodies, and T cells, which are part of the immune response.
The immune system is capable of fighting off intruders and remembering them so that they are killed off quickly if they invade again. The immune system must be able to differentiate self from non-self in order to know what to attack. If it does not recognize the body’s own tissue than autoimmune diseases occurs.
Optimize the health of your immune system by:
Consuming a nutrient-rich diet from a wide variety of foods.
Maintaining regular sleeping habits.
Limiting exposure to environment toxins and medications.
Supplement with immune supporting and nutrients.
