      <description><![CDATA[I might have to go through this list. I think a lot of people should. Anxiety is so common, now. Especially with what has happened with newer generations and the rises of both social media and AI. The political environment is also complicated... I woiuld like to try several of these. I like the idea of natural remedy solutions as opposed to medication. I still think that natural alternatives are the best way to go about it if possible. It is great that you provide us with several ideas, to try out for ourselves.]]></description>

Making the staatement that attacks of anxiety can be unpredicatable for some and situational (public speaking, heights, crowds, etc) for others is an important and often overlooked note about anxiety. Thank you for mentioning this!! I really liked the paragraph on what anxiety looks like because of your discussion on the naunce in this area. And I like that you mention many treatment methods and modalities for anxiety as just like anxiety looks different for different people, its treatment does too!]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I was never sure if I suffer from anxiety or general stress, but I can attest that many herbs help with these issues. I often wake up with stress, and I calm down before bed. I have been taking nighttime herbs in the day just to see how it feels. I feel better, less stressed, but also less alert and energetic, so it's a trade off. Gaba, I take before bed, it relaxed me down, although I sometimes feel like in slow motion because of it. l-theanine same results. I take vitamin b complex in the morning so a lot of the other stuff is for night, so not sure how to combine these. I calcium and magnesium	at night often with vitamin C and bioflavonoids, this helps relax at night. Sometimes I mix lysine with that, or other days with taurine. Passionflower is a light anti stress herb and valerian is stronger. I have also tried catnip, chamomile, fennel, and kava kava, but skullcap is one of my favourites]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[This article is a great starting point. Remember that something like Anxiety requires some trial and error. My favorites on this list are L-theanine and GABA. With GABA its best to use the PharamGaba variety as that has greater bioavailability (such as Natural Factors GABA, sold on NN). Another one not mentioned here is Lemon Balm. Some require consistent use before you can see results.]]></description>
