CAUTION is useful. I like and remember acronyms. Here is my simplified version:
CAUTION".
Change in bowel or bladder habits.
Abnormal sore healing
Unusual blood or discharge.
Thickening area.
Indigestion or difficulty swallowing.
Obvious changes in a wart or mole.
Nagging cough or hoarseness.

This is good to commit to the memory. I will practice a few times this week. I should have it memorized by the end of it

It is great that cancer risk is reduced by practices which should be a part of a healthy lifestyle anyway, such as taking preventative medical screening tests regularly, regular exercise, deep breathing exercises (which can help manage stress), good sleep, internal cleansing as needed, maintaining proper weight, smoking ceasation/avoidance minimal or no alcohol use low exposure to harmful chemicals and the sun, and only taking iron supplements if needed. Thank you for another great article. And the note on genetics is reassuring; I don't think my family will be my destiny here!
