Now I know more about what the labels on skin creams are for. Since creams need to spread onto the skin, it makes sense that they have humecants like glycerin (seems to be in everything) and HA. It is very useful, that HA can help make for a "deeper" hydration. HA seems to be popular. It is good to hear that there is something behind the hype. You convince me! And plant butters are great, I think. The thick, nourishing creams are very nice. It is a luxery nourishing experience. I like that. I like it a lot so I like plant butters in skin cream

Hello Rachel,
We're happy you enjoyed this article, and that you're using many of these nutrients, your skin must love you for it! Yes, the Winter season makes skin more dry, so ensuring you're taking the nutrients outlined and using a natural hydrating body cream and oil to lock in moisture is beneficial since the dry air and elements dry skin out faster from the outside.
This is an awesome guide! I think that I actually use most of these ingredients in combatting skin dryness although the title of this article is making me think that instead of just using my normal anti dry skin treatments all year round, I should double down during the winter because the winter tends to be the season when dry skin is the worst. There is still winter yet and thank you again for inspiring me to take a healthy step for my health: I'll be giving my skin a little extra TLC! :D
