      <description><![CDATA[Eyes are so important, I have vision issues, so I take grape seed extract and resveratrol together. Lutein I take nearly everyday with a fatty meal or alongside a lemon smoothie with nuts and seeds. I drink carrot juice a couple times per week. I often add lutein and other herbs in the mix. Bilberry I take alongside Gotu Kola tea and Gingko, they all go well together. I tried to order Bilberries tea from here but it is always out of stock, backorders that never arrive. I take Brazil nuts (2 per day) for the selenium. I mix zinc with carrot juice, lemon juice, etc]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Bookmarked! As an artist, my eyes are prized for me. While my vision isn't 20/20 thanks to a blue light lasar accident that occured while doing undergraduate research and I am a bit nearsighted, I do have rather good vision and it is an absolute asset to me; thank you for the amazing guide to keeping eyes healthy! On this note, some of the supplements that you describe sound amazing: for example, I did not know that vitamin E can actually STOP or REVERSE cataract formation in some cases. And, I knew that beta carotene (which of course you can get from food too) was good for the eyes, but I did not know that it could protect eyes from damage too!]]></description>
