      <description><![CDATA[I have been working with mice that I am allergic to for my PhD project: I like the idea of rubbing essential oils such as peppermint or lavender over a painful area for quick relief of headaches...I actually have essential oils for a diffuser that I bought but never used and think I can try this to put them to use. Also, I take a greens supplement on occasion and did not know that it could keep blood sugar levels stable-noted!!! (this is useful to know). Finally, I did not know that dimethylglycine could improve brain oxygenation: that is an absolutely awesome benefit and I ill be reading more about this supplement for sure. Thank you for another great article, NN! :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[This is an informative article. I get a lot of headaches and what helps me are relaxation techniques and exercise. Yeah, exercising is the last thing one thinks of during a headache but it flows the blood into the brain and hence brings down the headache. Yoga is very relaxing, helps with stress and reduces the severity of headaches. The article has tips on other remedies which are excellent and I will definitely try some too.]]></description>
