      <description><![CDATA[I love the playful tone of this article (for example, "Are you a caf - "fiend"? had me laughing even though it was corny...like a good Dad joke). I also love the content; great advice!: I really like the xylitol tip and would like to expand on the idea of a xylitol gum in order to promote dental health: this will both help satisfy/deter minor cravings if chosen well and help the teeth through xylitol.. Also, I didn't know that the impact that sugar has on the immune system is the most profound at approximately 2 hours after ingestion: noted and will be checking in on myself 2 hours post meals to see if I notice anything in how I feel]]></description>
