Kudos to NN, for all the pertinent info you and your team provide! I really appreciate the help I receive especially when placing an order and have questions about particular supplements. I have suspected that I have hypoglycemic episodes for decades now. Back then my doc told me that was not a thing. Now I get told to eat smaller more frequent meals. However, I have slow motility and seems like there is always some food still in my stomach. So having more meals is not an option, nor does it sound like a solution according to the prescription above. Thank you for all this detailed formula! I have always had an insane "sweet tooth" and this explains why. Now I just have to follow this regiment. It will be a major lifestyle adjustment and I am sure some slip ups along the way, especially during special occasions. Thank again!

I thought that hypoglycemia was just about glucose, pancreas condition, and lifestyle...so too much blood sugar lowering activity and not enough natural carbohydrate consumed or an issue with pancreas autoimmunity if in the context of diabetes. I never thought about chromium and ypoglycemia before. The fact that chromium deficiency often plays a role in hypoglycemia was totally new to me so I appreciate you teaching me something there, NN! I am grateful to even as a busy PhD student, still be learning whenever I read your articles <3

I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia. Doctors told me I would probably be a diabetic within 5 years. I changed my whole life style by cutting out all refined sugars completely, eating a low glycemic index diet with lots of healthy fats and vegetables, only using stevia or fruit as a sweetener, exercising, and taking supplements such as chromium picolinate, omega 3, digestive enzymes, vitamin B. Chromium picolinate was the first supplement I took for my condition. I take 200 mcg with breakfast and again with dinner. CP has been the most benificial for my condition and after 30 years, I am still not a diabetic. My hypoglycemia is balanced and well controlled. Giving up sugar is possible and very beneficial for over all health.
