      <description><![CDATA[It's so important to stay immune in the future. Do everything you can to stay healthy with a strong immunity. I tried a zinc shot the other day, normally I mix zinc with food, but never again, I take it now as a shot with vitamin C, it works much better on an empty stomach, and no cramps. Slippery Elm tea works well with Zinc. Grape seed extract works well with Resveratrol. Echinacea with Goldenseal and Elderberry always helps. Selenium from Brazil nuts. Garlic mixed in smoothies. Vitamin c with Bioflavinoids is essential. Quercetin is mixed in with my Bioflavinoids from bitter orange. Astragalus is good for both stress and immunity. Chlorella I take with spirulina. And Green tea is either Matcha or ECGC capsules. I recommend the Matcha.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I sometimes work in close proximity with many people. This can be a real challenge in avoiding colds and flu's. The first step is proper handwashing (especially prior to eating). Of course many supplements can help boost your immune system, such as the ones mentioned above. However, I would also like to mention Olive Leaf as a great immune booster. 

Olive leaf, derived from the olive tree, has been used for centuries in traditional medicine. While olive oil is widely recognized for its health benefits, olive leaves and their extracts are gaining attention for their potential therapeutic properties. In addition to immune system benefits, you will also get benefits for: Cardiovascular Health, Anti-Inflammatory Effects, Blood Sugar Regulation, etc. Of course these things only matter if you maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet. But I would serious encourage you to look into the benefits of Olive Leaf.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Considering that microbes within our gastrointestinal tract outnumber human cells and that the human body/digestive system is essentially an open tube, the immune system, which holds the balance between friend or foe, commensal or conspirator, if of uttmost importance! As a Phd student studying the human gut microbiome, I thought that this was a great article. And, I couldn't agree more with the statement that cortisone and antibiotics are two things which DEFINITELY can disrupt immune homeostasis, though, of course (and as with all things) context is key (for example, specfic antibiotics can be beneficial in IBD)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[It is good to know more info about the immune system as this is a great way to help strengthen it. This article was great at outlining the many supplements/foods that you can use to help build up and strengthen your immune system. It was also really great at outlining what you should not do. It was interesting to learn that junk food weakens the immune system, although it seems like common-sense, I never definitively knew this. Thanks for the info!]]></description>
