      <description><![CDATA[Prostate issues are a big one for me as well as andropause. Milk thistle I take as a tea or tincture, it's fantastic with other detox herbs like dandelion. Ashwagandha I take to relax, it's so needed nowadays, so much stress everywhere. Siberian ginseng and holy basil as well. Saw palmetto i take with nettle for prostate, I add horsetail as well. Kelp is good in miso soup, it also acts as a detox. Bee pollen, royal jelly and propolis are all bee products which can be used. Green tea in the form of matcha for its ECGC is a nice addition as well.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Many men feel like eating meat is an important component of being macho.  But, as you mention decreasing consumption of animal products is actually better for men's health, both reproductive (blood flow and function...down there) as well as general. Unfortunately, most vegans and vegetarians are actually female which makes sense considering social factors but not biological ones. Natural cholesterol in eggs and other products can have health benefits for women, hormonally, though a plant-based diet is still highly health promoting for both sexes (that said, as an MIT biology graduate, I am of the opinion that a plant-based diet is best for Men's health)]]></description>
