      <description><![CDATA[I fortunately live within walking distance of my place of work and shopping locations which I frequent so I can avoid vehicular transport easily. This is a benefit to me given, especially in cars, I suffer motion sickness. I had no idea that vitamin B6 taken before the beginning of travel could reduce dizziness to help with motion sickness and that magnesium taken before the beginning of travel could help alleviate potential reflux during travel sickness by reducing stomach acidity and having an overall relaxing event. I will have to try out this vitamin and mineral combination the next time I have to be in a car, NN!]]></description>

Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) has long been regarded in traditional Chinese medicine as a treatment for several conditions, including stomachache and nausea. Ginger may be eaten in raw or candied forms, taken as a powder in capsules, or consumed as a tea. I have personally used all of these and can back that they work really well !]]></description>
