Hello Kaveh,
Our modern lifestyles of sitting and being on devices has definitely impacted posture. This is a great list of supplements you're taking, we hope they're helping keep your muscles and joints pain free. Turmeric is also another great supplement that supports joint health and inflammation and it has the scientific research to prove it: https://www.nationalnutrition.ca/articles/research/curcumin-and-joints/

This is an area I struggle with as I sometimes have bad posture from improper use of laptops while seated, so I have muscle pain sometimes in my beck and neck. MSM is good I take it with ginger or salmon collagen. Calcium and magnesium at night are excellent, I actually feel it working inside, it gives my problem areas a bit of support. Curcumin is fantastic, I take it with Devils claw tea. Bromelain goes well with Boswelia, also taken at same time as the tea. Free form amino acids are also good in between meals.
