      <description><![CDATA[I love this list! Vitamin D for SAD is something that I did not know about and I will be reccommending it to my friend, who struggles with seasonal depression. The last resolution is so on point too! I also love the idea that you give as a tip of preventing instead of treating colds with potent natural remedies. My father is a fan of elderberry syrup and now I will be looking into Sambucus and if levels vary between different elderberry syrup preparations. Finally, I did not know about Suntheanine and green tea. I will remember it because it sounds like sun+ theanine, and I love green tea :)]]></description>
