      <description><![CDATA[Sports nutrition supplements are crucial for working out. I take all of the options here, still trying to figure out which is pre workout vs post workout but I think I almost got it. My biggest concern is how to keep energetic throughout the workout and not feel lethargic. There is always a tendency to stop working out half way through. It wasn't like that when I was younger, but now as an older man, working out is more a chore. It used to be fun, but now it's more like actual work. I suppose that's a part of getting older.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I just recently invested in a creatine supplement. As you mention, creatine, naturally found in all organs and muscles in the body as phosphocreatine, is responsible for converting ADP to the active ATP, which powers all body processes...giving muscles (and the brain as emerging research suggests!!!) a boost. And thank you for mentioning hemp protein! It has a great amino acid profile relative to some other sources but where hemp protein really has a chance to shine is as a sustainability star!]]></description>
