I am so glad I found supplemental nutrition on this website. The return policy has been so useful as it allows me to try all the different products without feeling burned afterwards if it's not a good fit. Like on Amazon, where they don't take back their own products, I am glad this place exists. I hope to be able to find even more useful supplements on here in the future. I am always learning about more. This resource is invaluable to keep learning and improving.

Thank you for your notes on this article on interactions between nutrients, vitamins, and minerals on absorption:
-I knew about vitamin C an iron, as well as zinc an iron
-I did not know that both iron and flouride reduced calcium absorption and while I did know that it is suggested to take calcium with magnesium and vitamin D, I did not know that they had a synergistic effect on its absorption; that's just plain awesome!!
