I didn't even know there was such a thing as andropause, glad I learned about it here. I am trying to avoid this problem as it seems to be affecting me as well. Resveratrol I take with Grape seed extract. Quercetin I take with bioflavinoids from bitter orange. Coconut oil is my staple oil, I use it for cooking, hair and skin, aromatherapy, as well as homemade toothpaste and deodorant. I have both Siberian and red Korean ginseng, the former for relax, the later for energy. Rhodiola i take as tincture first thing in the morning. Same with licorice, wakes me up. Ashwagandha and Astragalus are always good, just now I mixed these 2 with 2 other adaptogens, Holy Basil and Eleuthero, it's a nice mix.

I actually did not realize that andropause set in so slowly, NN! A decline of 1 percent per year does mater, yes, but seems diminishing over time...like 1% of 100 is 1, one percent of 99 is .99, etc...
Anyway, it is interesting how men and women differ in hormonal decline with age and would be especialy interesting if you included a sex comparison at some point in one of your articles as well as a comparison of supplements specifically good for men/women in maintaining healthy hormone levels. Just a thought!
