      <description><![CDATA[We are entering autumn and with the season...comes changes in weather. While we will soon be in rainy season here in SF, this can alternate with heat and I know that in other areas the winter means cooler and drier. I love this handy guide! I had vitamins C, E, and A, healthy fats, moisturizing creams, water, and lifestyle factors on the list already but I will add selenium to my skin list too: glutathione to fight inflammation for the win!! I'm going to stay cozy AND healthy this season, NN :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[It's definitely important to look after your skin in winter, especially if you're going outside alot. Summer can pose its own challenges for your skin, but winter can be particularly hard on it because you're not making the same amount of vitamin D in your skin that you would when there is more sunlight. I find that using a good jojoba oil combined with aloe works very well to keep my skin from cracking or drying out.  I DIY it with some essential oils like orange and vanilla - just a few drops is all you need.]]></description>
