      <description><![CDATA[There are lots of fact gems in your article, NN! For example, while I knew that ketones were anti-yeast and antibacterial, I did not know that ketone caprylic acid could LITERALLY be used to treat yeast infections, as well as fungal overload. Also, while it may seem a high estimate that up to 75% of women will have a yeast infection at some point in their lives, I actually thought the number was higher-this is a good thing to know and thank you for updating my understanding! Finally, I did not know that Bifidobacteria, in addition to lactobacillus (the obvious one) were considered good choices for vaginal probiotics. Thanks for all the knowledge! :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[When I was younger, I used to get yeast infections often (at least once per month!). It wasn't until I was in my late 20s when I started to read about natural remedies. I started to eat a lot of yogurt, but more importantly, I started taking probiotics daily. It took a while for the yeast infections to completely stop (over 10 yrs of daily probiotics), but I haven't had a yeast infection since!]]></description>
