      <description><![CDATA[In my opinion, the humble pear is underrated. As is the combination of pear and almond, as both have delightful floral notes and a subtle sweetness. This recipe brings out the best of pear with carefully chosen ingredients. In my opinion, all of the ingredients that you have selected for this recipe compliment pear, except I cannot confirm that feta does since I have never tried it; I will have to try a vegan feta with pear sometime-thank you for, again, inspiring me with one of your recipes, NN! :)]]></description>
