So fall! It is nice to have a handy, giftable, shareable, snackable recipe for the fall that is not a traditional baked good or packaged food. I like the "almond spive"; pumpkin spice while very in vogue once it comes around is...to some degree overly pervasive so it is nice to have another seasonal and spicy flavor profile. The flakes of coconut are very pretty & I bet the apricots give a nive tint of orange color. The mix of textures also is good for the eating experience! :D

The perfect post workout snack! I was equally shocked and impressed when I found out that this recipe required minimal effort for what it is worth - which is a tasty snack or post workout snack (even can be used as a pre workout snack!) that is jam packed with nutrients, fibers, and vitamins! I was so surprised to find out that this recipe does not require any sort of baking, just simply putting it in the freezer which makes it an easy and convenient snack to make on the go!
