      <description><![CDATA[A great grain porridge is a classic; it sure beats bacon and eggs any day for a great morning start that will keep you on your toes and feeling in tip-top shape. This reminds me of a recipe from Forks Over Knives and the good news about this recipe is that from trying a similar recipe, I bet that it is just as delicious as it is nutricious. That you for spreading the word about the great grains start to the day. It is an awesome way to begin a morning right and the other thing that I want to mention is that having no animal products, it makes the planet happy too :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I have been trying to eat more fiber and filling foods in the morning now, at least on days that I will be busy, so this ancient grain porridge recipe looks awesome! I love that it incorporates molasses, which is an ingredient that I feel like I do not often see in recipes apart from molasses cookie recipes for example. I love the taste of it and would be keen to try it in porridge or oatmeal!]]></description>
