      <description><![CDATA[I'VE ACTUALLY NEVER PAIRED BUCKWHEAT WITH PROTEIN POWDER BEFORE!!!! Yes, I know that this recipe does not use protein powder but the egg whites, similarly, are a concentrated source of protein, so that gave me the idea. As a buckwheat lover as well as a lover of sweet plant-based protein powder, I am now excited to try a delicious chocolate buckwheat protein cake. And, I plan to top it with seeds-hemp and almond are most delightful with buckwheat &lt;3 Thank you for another great idea, NN Team!]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Apples in porridge with maple syrup is an amazing combination! I love any fruit with maple syrup in porridge or oatmeal but the apples really gives it that extra crunch, fiber, and flavour! This apple buckwheat porridge would be great for colder mornings too as I find porridge is a comforting thing to eat on a cold morning, so this is a recipe that would be great for the winter but of course can be enjoyed during any season especially since apples are popular all year round!]]></description>
