      <description><![CDATA[Yum! I recently learned that oats are very commonly high in a certain type of mycotoxin (Ochratoxin A (OTA) which is produced by certain species of Aspergillus as well as Penicillium molds...definitely not something that is healthy to consume)...and like my mother, too, sometimes oats just don't love me back when thinking about the digestive system. It is great to have an alternative. I especially love that this alternative uses raisins, naturally sweet, delicious, and also affordable, as well as protein-packed and rich in healthy fat hemp seeds (which are super sustainable as a cover crop)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[This better than store bought oat free porridge seems so simple and easy to make and quick too! You will save loads of money by making it at your home yourself because I find in stores they sometimes hike the prices up when it is something that is "oat free" or "dairy free" so this really is such a great alternative to have a recipe likes this out there! I also love hemp hearts and find they make any recipe taste great and give baked goods that softer texture to them too.]]></description>
