...but now I've done it! I especially love that you tempt us into trying with the picture, NN! I usually don't like the idea of cooking decent quantities of flax thanks to the smokepoint (and now this has me thinking I should do some more research on if flax egg is okay considering...): it is clever to use the oven really just for drying at low heat, as is used here. I love how simple the ingredients that go into this recipe are and how readily available (okay, maybe not so much for the grapeseed oil, but I assume that this ingredient could easily be substituted. I will have to try these; thank you for more great, delicious recipe inspiration!

I never would have thought of using bananas to make homemade wafers. This recipe is so simple and with so few ingredients, it wouldn't take long to whip up at all! It's nice there is no added sugar, but they aren't exactly sugar-free because of the bananas. I don't need sugar-free though, so they sound delicious. This is a much healthier way to get your chocolate fix compared to grabbing sugary chocolate candy.

It is hard to believe that there is flax seeds in these chocolate wafer desserts! I would not of associated flax seeds with desert or with chocolate for that matter so I love how these incorporate them and other delicious and healthy ingredients, I am sure these would be great to have for those who have a big sweet tooth and trouble getting more fiber and variety into their diet! The perfect solution fo the cholocate lovers cravings too!
