      <description><![CDATA[ooooooooooh yum. I think that this recipe is tempting me! I find a good bowl of brown rice to be one of the most wholesome and comforting things-just eating it makes me feel happy and more peaceful. The gentle nutty flavor of the whole grain rice I prefer to white rice which while it does still have flavor is "blander" in comparison with the whole grain variety. And, adding vanilla (which naturally sweetens) as well as chocolate flavor (in this case from carob) is something that pretty much makes anything better. I bet that the chia seeds increase volume in a satisfying way and that the coconut sugar draws out the natural lavors and enhances the sweetness to make this pudding absolute perfection. I want to try it but without cinamon and with some of my homemade plant-based yogurt instead of milk &lt;3]]></description>
