      <description><![CDATA[My roomate was toasting cinnamon raisin toast over the weekend and a poor raisin or two never qquite made it into her meal (left behind)-what delightful sweet, plump raisins!: seeing this gave me a cinnamon toast craving. I love this riff on the recipe: this is a superior version of cinnamon toast with delicious quality ingredients that deliver in the flavor department. The coconut oil, I bet, is amazing and buckwheat has such a distinct and wholesome flavor that I bet is wonderful in the context of a cinnamon bread. I might just have to make my own cinnamon raisin bread...and I'll share with my roommate if I do! Thank you for the inspiration again, NN Team! &lt;3]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Bread making has become a new hobby of mine, as for many others, it started during quarantine but is something that I really enjoy and try to keep up with. I have tried the traditional bread, sourdough bread and have even tried adding a few flavours into my breads before so I love finding recipes that are different from 'regular' bread and incorporate fun flavours. Cinnamon and raisin's are a great combination for a breakfast bread too so this would be a great one to try.]]></description>
