      <description><![CDATA[As a PhD student studying the role of the trillions of microorginisms making the human gut their home (eg human gut microbiota) in health and disease, I can very much get behind the idea of using yogurt as the base of a healthy smoothie recipe! I love how simple this recipe is and also the use of hemp is a great idea for a healthy fat source, a nice boost of protein, and also because hemp seeds are so sustainable. Thank you for another great healthy recipe idea. And don't come ater me if I have this with breakfast instead of dessert! ;)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Why have I never thought of making chocolate smoothies for breakfast before?! Who said chocolate needs to be reserved for dessert or after dinner! Now you can enjoy a sweet treat in the morning and be reassured that it is still healthy for you! That is a great suggestion to add some of your favourite chocolate protein powder to the smoothie as well to give it some more vitamins and calories to help keep you fuller for longer!]]></description>
