Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup egg whites | 2 teaspoon xylitol | 1/4 teaspoon natural gluten-free lemon extract |
| 3 tablespoon non-flavored hemp protein powder | 1 teaspoon poppy seeds | |
| 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted | 1 teaspoon lemon zest |
Directions
Set your oven to 375F
Make It This Way
You can make this recipe egg-free and vegan by substituting the egg whites with a flax seed egg.
Flax seed egg substitute:
The measurement below replaces one egg
1 tbsp finely ground flax seed
3 tbsp warm water
Combine both ingredients into a glass and allow it to sit for five minutes. Add to recipe as you would normally.
