      <description><![CDATA[Goat yogurt it awesome. It is very distinctly flavorful. For something like tatiki, this really matters. Tatziki from Greek resturants, made with whole milk, is divine, and when the milk used is goat milk, the rich, creamy, and flavorful put-it-on-everything dip is absolutely divine. And, this is my opinion as someone who is plant-based!!! That said, you can accomplish a similar effect with a good vegan "goat"cheese melted into creamy cashew yogurt. I will have to look into if there is a vegan goat yogurt. I bet that caprylic cid could help with it!]]></description>

I love how this can be versatile and you can swap out some ingredients with others while still maintaining the same flavours and recipe! I also love how this includes dill, such a great flavour that goes well with so many things.]]></description>
