      <description><![CDATA[I love the flavors of eggs with carefully prepared vegetables (although as a vegan I do not have eggs any more). And, this recipe shows that you don't have to be a vegan in order to enjoy the cheesy flavor boost of nutritional yeast. Nutritional yeast is especially great for both the planet (more sustainable as well as healthier without the cholesterol; I wish that more people were in on the secret!!!): I will be sharing this one with my mother for sure :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I do not imagine vegetables in breakfast foods but in frittatas they just make sense! I love how this recipe encourages you to use what you have and to take the leftovers from your fridge, and a lot of the ingredients mentioned int he recipe are some common items that most people will have on hand already so it is really great! Sun dried tomatoes taste amazing in omelettes so I can only imagine how great they taste in frittats too!]]></description>
