      <description><![CDATA[Now this is a salad! I love how it includes chickpeas for protein and fiber, as well as sundried tomatoes and basil which I love and find that they are so summery. I bet this would also taste delicious with fresh tomatoes or a mix of both sundried and fresh! I find that basil really adds such a delicious flavor to any dish and a very summery and happy feel to them as well. I think a little balsamic vinger would be a nice addition too. This looks great, thanks for sharing! :)]]></description>
