This recipe is something similar to what I see being done in conferences and parties quite a bit and for a very good reason-it is a simple and natural way to add flavor to water without adding sugar or artificial sweeteners. I personally hate when this is the only water option because I try to avoid exposing my teeth to unnecessary acidity as much as is possible but I definitely understand the bit of acidity and the flavor from mint adding a nice bit of refreshment to the day for people :)

Mint and lime is such a classic flavour combination! This mint and lime zest infused water would be the perfect replacement to a cocktail if you were not drinking alcohol and still allows you to have similar flavours to cocktails but without the alcohol or added sugar. Lime, cucumber, and mint are also so refreshing so this is perfect for the warmer months when you want to sit out in the sun and still be well hydrated! Great idea and recipe, thanks for sharing!
