      <description><![CDATA[What a recipe!!! There is so much good stuff in this and it seems like an awesome way to start the morning right (I love that there are natural omega 3s from the flax, whole food protein and fiber from the chickpeas, a nice mix of fruits and a delicious savory and salty chew from the pistachios). Also, I did not know that cranberries can actually help with collagen support. I already knew that cranberries were great for immune system as well as urinary health and now I am convinced that they are a major superfood, especially for woman. Thank you for another awesome recipe idea, NN! :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[These pistachio cranberry protein bars are the perfect alternative to store bought protein bars which can sometimes taste chalky or dense! I love how these are jam packed with amazing nutrients and flavours and you can swap out some of the ingredients too, for example I am sure these would taste great with dried apricots too! Or goji berries, as they suggest, would be super delicious and chewy! The perfect snack to bake in advance and grab as needed :D]]></description>
