      <description><![CDATA[I agree with O that it is absolutely wonderful how goji berries can add softness as well as chewiness to any recipe and can also make for some great combinations. Also, as to O's comment about sprouting buckwheat it is funny but I also think I have to try that: I am a big fan of buckwheat and love to make my own yogurt since the fermentation is in a way a relaxed craft and helps build health and flavor. I can only imagine how sprouting (not fermenting but still a process) migh enrich the natural flavor of buckwheat as well as its health benefits too.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I love how goji berries can make any recipe taste more soft and chewy, that's why these healthy raw goji buckwheat bars are such a great combination! I love how it mixes a bunch of healthy ingredients and I did not realize that you could sprout your own buckwheat which is really cool and must be more cost effective too, this is a great idea for a quick and healthy snack or treat! Great recipe, thank you for sharing this!]]></description>
