      <description><![CDATA[Last year, for the annual lab holiday party, which has a potluck component to it, I brought fermented nog: while people generally enjoyed it, the main critique was that it was too salty and savory, which definitely both were fair critiques, especially considering that I accidentally added twice the amount of salt that I intended. The other big thought was that rum would have improved it. I regularly make yogurt and fermented yogurt beverages and want to do another one next year and think this recipe will be sweeter &amp; an improvement of my previous, no rum required!]]></description>

Yes, this is a lovely recipe and great for a snack or breakfast. It has many beneficial nutrients that will start your day off right. You can even replace the yogurt with plant-based yogurt if you'd like to lessen inflammation. You can also add a scoop of vanilla protein to make it more filling:

      <description><![CDATA[I love the idea of "spicing" up your yogurt especially for breakfast to help tide you over longer until lunch! I personally love molasses and never thought about putting it into yogurt! It is so versatile and must add a lot of great flavours on top of the other added health benefits that it brings like iron! It seems like a high-energy boosting meal to start your day. I have also been loving to add maple syrup to things lately (especially coffee) so I was excited to see this ingredient included]]></description>
