      <description><![CDATA[Almond has a sweet, floral taste that compliments apple nicely and with the addition of vanilla (a great natural way to boost sweetness) and coconut, I can see why no added sugar is needed! I like the idea of this recipe but personally, since I am not a fan of apples myself, I would replace the apples with date sugar/syrup or mapple syrup or coconut sugar. And, the idea that you have of adding berries is great too-makes these a great balanced lunchbox snack to stay nourished and enjoy some nice flavor too on a busy workday :D]]></description>
