      <description><![CDATA[The title of this comment is what I think you should call it: Mega mauve smoothie!! Though red green juice probably does get the message across best. Beets are an awesome superfood and including them is awesome for the nutrition here. I think this recipe could be made even better by making a note on what to do with the beet greens from the beets and carrot tops. The carrot tops actually have a nice peppery flavor which I think would go nicely in this recipe and beet greens, sauted, would be awesome in an egg scramble :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I have tried many green and veggie drinks.  This is my favourite  drink for the day.  It is easy to make and it is nutrritious too. It is better to take early in the morning to boost up your energy.  I would like to drink one in the morning and keep the second drink bringing to work without the need to drink coffee to boost up my energy for the rest of the day.  Try this receipt and see if it makes a difference in the your life.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Beets are a personal favourite of mine, I love the taste that they have but for those who may not this is a great way to incorporate a variety of ingredients and vegetables into a juice and have all the same health benefits and antioxidants that is has to offer! Not to mention the fun colours! Juices are a great way to incorporate a bunch of varieties of vegetables and fruits into your diet that you may not have chosen to eat on its own!
