      <description><![CDATA[I recently was gifted a fairly large quantity of cashews. I typically go for almonds as I from what I have read they are more healthful but there certainly are benefits to cashews as well (aside from being delicious), so I do intend on eating them. I have seen quite a few cashew cheese recipes floating arounds...as well as in stores....but I never had thought about the idea of using cashews in order to make a vegan salad dressing before! I bet they would be good for making other dips/dressings as well as cheese too. Thank you for the idea (I'm feeling inspired now, NN!)]]></description>
