      <description><![CDATA[Apples and peanutbutter, to me, is overrated. Yes, I understand the idea of the crispness and freshness of apple wedges with the creaminess and the nuttiness of peanutbuttter. But, there are certainly other nutty flavors to enjoy. I love how this recipe uses omega-3 rich walnuts, cinnamon, and flax for a nice fall flavor profile. I bet that the full fat coconut milk makes the recipe super creamy as well. I wonder: could coconut yogurt be used here? I like that idea because by adding coconut yogurt, it would add in a nice probiotic punch to further the health benefits of this delightful and clever snack :)]]></description>
