      <description><![CDATA[I have been pairing winter squash (red kabocha from the farmer's market: I roasted up &amp; froze a bunch when it was in season) with my breakfast- it has been simply delightful. I have even mixed in sweet potato or squash with oatmeal/morning lentil porridge and that has also been very good...though I prefer the squash as a side because it really lets the rich flavor of the winter squash itself shine. I love this recipe idea because it is a great idea to get in that daily dose of flax seeds and it is one more squash idea recipe for me to experiment with, and one that seems especially appealing because of how it highlights the squash itself!]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I love squash and never realized how versatile squash could be! I would not have thought to make it for breakfast but this warm spiced squash porridge is a brilliant idea to spice up your squash into a delicious breakfast or snack! I love how this can be eaten warm or cold to compliment whichever season you are in and I love how it is different than the traditional breakfasts I am used to eating so this can make it more exciting and not get you stuck in a rut.]]></description>
