Just wanted to thank all the staff at National Nutrition. I've been ordering for many years and while your online site is very intuitive and easy to order, on occasions when I have called to ask a specific question, staff have always been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are excellent and I can always count on delivery being fast. Thanks to all the staff there and great to have a company like yourselves with so many Canadian products...so important in these times.

I've ordered many times. Items are always cheaper and in stock and delivery is usually within a couple of days. I just received a delivery today and was gifted a lovely maple leaf pin which also made my day

I love all the comments on this article-it goes to show how many customers are behind NN and resonate with a good rating (as for the .2 away from 5...this just shows NN cares about not censoring negative reviews; there will always be people who just want to complain or "hard sells" who reserve 5 for only mind-blowingly incredible experiences, which are not possible for every shopping event). I am thankful for your amazing team and the fact that you lead with discussing reviews of your customer service, ex: "The customer service is exceptional." says a lot about NN in a very good way <3

I love ordering from national nutrition this is an excellent company. I highly recommend they’re this company. The staff are very nice I have spoken to Marlene she is very knowledgable, polite and really knows her products well. I also have spoke to Jillian. She is also very nice and has helped me with my products. Delivery is quick within the week sometimes sooner. I love when they send flyers, then I can look to see what I need. I've been very happy and pleased with my experience at National Nutrition. That is not a common statement from me, as I am a picky customer, and I always find something wrong, but not so much here. Because of the refund policy, even the most common problem, which is stale product is easily remedied here. Unlike other places, which try to argue the point or act shocked that you didn't like their products, here at National Nutrition I feel at easy and comfortable ordering, because I know the best refund policy I have ever seen is in effect, and I can get store credit for anything I order that didn't workout. You can't find that everywhere.
