I think their hydration mixes taste good and ar high quality as well. On a random note, their sports towels are soft and good quality

Hello Kaveh,
Those sound like excellent pre and post workout routines, thank you for sharing. Indeed, pre workout routines are about feeding the muscles and increasing energy to help you get through your workout and get a better pump; whereas post workout routines are all about nourishing the muscles and reducing lactic acid build up.
I have a preworkout and postworkout supplement routine. I used to take amino acids during workout, but I since stopped that. Some things work for some people and not for others. I used to take BCAA's before workout, but now I take them afterwards. Taking them during didn't work either. Same for Glutamate, I tried it before with Creatine, but it seems better afterwards. Creatine, I take before, alongside B vitamins. I always take B Vitamins on workout days. If I do, I find Maca, Licorice, and Red Korean Ginseng also play a role in an energy boost. Rhodiola as well plays a role here. But, I find the energy boost a little lacking sometimes. I still have to perfect this routine I also have Lysine, which I take at night with Cal/Mag.
