      <description><![CDATA[Wow! I knew that approximately 95% or more Americans don't get enough fiber but I did not know that up to 95% of North Americans aren't getting the vital fatty acids found in fish oils. An omega 3 actually is what I attribute to reversing severe depression so this is a truely striking fact for me. I agree that omega 3s are healthy for other conditions and general health as well (you are correct in mentioning inflammation for sure). Thank you for spreading awarness, NN!]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I can confirm Vitamin D is the most important, especially for Canadians in the winter. It's brutal without sunshine. I take 2500IU drops a few times per day. It has MCT oil mixed in each drop, but I still take it with a shot of yogurt. I read Vitamin D should always be taken with a bit of Calcium. I also have 1000IU drops mixed with K2. For Magnesium, I take the Biglycinate at night with Calcium (on an empty stomach). Sometimes, I mix in in Lysine with a bit of juice). Turmeric, I take for joints, often mixed with Devil's Claw or Boswelia. Vitamin C I get only from foods like lemons. I have Bioflavinoids from bitter orange which I take alongside. For Fish oil, I go for Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil, and make sure the DHA is at its highest. There is one product on here that has like 6x the DHA as any other, but it's not from salmon, rather anchovies and sardines.]]></description>
