      <description><![CDATA[I take Magnesium on a regular basis. I go for Magnesium Biglycinate. I take it only at night, alongside vegetarian calcium, which is reg algae minerals, it's a good amount of calcium I take with magnesium and sometimes I thrown in bioflavinoids and VitaminC c in the form of juice. I often find taking lysine at this time can help, as magnesium and calcium work well with lysine, alongside bioflavinoids and VitaminC so it's a perfect match. I only take it at night because of it promotes anti stress and pro sleep benefits. I sometimes stretch afterwards taking mag/calcium and I feel a stronger body inside my muscles. I feel like it's giving me a defense.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Magnesium has so many different health benefits and different types of magnesium that can help for different things too like listed in the article! I started taking magnesium a few times a week to help with sleep and I’m not sure if it’s placebo but it helps me feel sleepy and relaxed! It makes for a nice routine. Of course it is always important to keep in mind drug interactions so it’s great to have a few listed here!]]></description>
