My Cholesterol is pretty good, there was only that one time when I ate some really bad cheese everyday for like a week, and then just happened to have a blood test after, that was the only time my Cholesterol was bad, since then, it's back to normal. Co-Enzyme Q10 can handle everything, from brain, heart, blood, cholesterol, anti aging, it is very multi facetted. I take Co-Enzyme Q10 as a daily supplement. Not because of any particular issues.

Hello Rachel,
Thank you for sharing your father's experience with CoQ10. It's great to hear that he has found a combination of supplements, including CoQ10, to effectively manage his high blood pressure and cholesterol levels. We understand the importance of minimizing the potential side effects of statins, and it's encouraging to know that CoQ10 can contribute to increasing the tolerability of these medications for him while supporting heart and brain health. If you'd like to learn more about high blood pressure, check out this video of ours, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-cCx2QVGDw

My father takes CoQ10 in conjuction with a statin, vitamin D, and fish oil for his high blood pressure & cholesterol. He has been able to keep these conditions largely under control. Statin side-effects can seriously compromise quality of life and it is awesome the CoQ10 not only supports heart and bain health but can additionally increase the tolerability of the core cholesterol-lowering medication. The heart and brain are connected and CoQ10 is pretty amazing in its ability to supporty the health and optimal functioning of both key body systems!
