Hello Kaveh,
We're glad you learned that so you can better absorb your CoQ10 supplement. You can definitely take this alongside any fatty acid supplements you take or a coconut oil, even. Discover the benefits of these oils here: https://www.nationalnutrition.ca/articles/supplements/making-sense-of-omega-fatty-acids/

I have the Co-Enzyme Q10 100mg in the veggie caps, I didn't know it was fat soluble and it needed an oil base. I guess I will have to take it with something oily or fatty. Another way I can take it as part of a smoothie with nuts and seeds, since I know it likes Vitamin E, and if I add lemons that to smoothie and make it a cirrus based smoothie, I get the Vitamin C, which COQ10 also likes. I can even add Matcha at this point, since they all work together. Or I can take it as a shot with Glutathione. Resveratrol also works well with COQ10.

I love the "mini-series" (if that is a good way to describe it) that you did on CoQ10 and the myraid of conditions that it can help (as well as the biological underpinnings for this). This page offers an excellent summary of core takeaways, which is good for someone who is new to CoQ10 or wants to get a "big picture" before diving into the details. I hope that you offer more articles like the CoQ10 articles in the future-lots of Pubmed references and some really good learning to be had!
