      <description><![CDATA[I often snack, especially at night and even before bedtime. I know it's bad but sometimes the urge is too great. I find snacking on yogurt is a bit safer as it helps to have a bit of that at night for the gut before bedtime. I sometimes add manuka honey to the yogurt which livens it up. You can fuel your body with the nutrients it needs without losing the taste you're used to. Choose healthy snacks over processed or sugary options and you should be good to replace the bad snacks for the good snacks and improve your overall health]]></description>
