      <description><![CDATA[Iron Bisglycinate is the form I take, as it is the best absorbed when it is taken with vitamin C. I always take at on an empty stomach, with juice. By itself, I never mix another supplement. Iron gets its own time. I don't bother getting it from food as anti-nutrients can reduce the absorption of iron. For best results, I make sure take it on an empty stomach. I like the Bisglycinate as it is a form of chelated iron that is easily absorbed by the body. It's made by bonding an iron molecule to a glycine molecule.]]></description>
