Hello Kaveh,
B vitamins are great for a natural energy boost, good call taking them in the morning. Indeed, those are all contributing factors to fatigue as well and they must be addressed in order to feel reenergized. If you suffer from stress, see what can help here: https://www.nationalnutrition.ca/articles/health-concerns/stress/

For energy I take B vitamins in the morning. These vitamins often go well with Licorice root, either as a tea or capsule form. Maca can be mixed in for energy as well as many types of Ginseng, Korean, Siberian, both work well. Rhodiola can be mixed in with all these with great success. I can confirm that Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Mood issues can also be a culprit of fatigue because these disorders put a lot of stress on your body. I take ashwaganda, chamomile and others to calm down especially in the evenings, but sometimes in the daytime as well if having a bad day.
