      <description><![CDATA[I take the Deal Supplement brand of Co Q10 with Ubiquinone 100mg with Omeg 3 Fatty Acid 100mg and I take it with 20 mg Atorvastatin. Should I include something to help the Ubiquinone be more absorbent? I have bought 3 bottles of this and I don't think I can return them? I am also 68 years old.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I use Ubiquinone which is the oxidized form of CoQ10. I didn't know about the other ubiquinol which is its reduced counterpart. I suppose the first is more suitable for general use. Ubiquinone must be converted to ubiquinol for it to be fully bioavailable. I use COQ10 as a daily nutritional supplement so no need for the extra stuff. CoQ10 is well known but 75% of people are deficient. That is quite the statement. Thanks for the practical information about ubiquinone and ubiquinol; it is good to compare them]]></description>
